THINK Prize

The THINK conference was created to excite, energize and inspire new ways of thinking, and the THINK PRIZE aims to reward one lucky credit union employee who exemplifies this creed.

If you're an individual who likes to think big and dream bigger, we'd like to hear your thoughts on how to propel the credit union movement forward.

 

The THINK Prize winner will be awarded $10,000 in seed money to bring their idea to fruition, and also receive additional pledges of financial support and business services from THINK 11 sponsors. Semi-finalists will receive $150 giftcards as well as the chance to advance to the Final round.

Round 1

For the opening round, entrants must answer six short questions. Representatives from CO-OP Financial Services and The Filene Research Institute will judge entries based on impact, creativity and shareability of the idea.

Round 2

Entries with the highest judges' score in Round 1 will advance to Round 2. These Semi-Finalists will develop a business plan based on the Round 2 Contest Questions to be provided by email. Round 2 entries will be judged on impact, creativity, shareability and feasibility.

Round 3

The three (3) Semi-Finalists receiving the highest scores during Round 2 will be deemed Finalists, and will receive a 5-day/4-night trip to THINK 11 to present their ideas. The finalists will work with a video production team to showcase their business plan in video format. THINK conference attendees, online voters and a panel of experts will ultimately vote for the winner based on these final three presentations.
